When it comes to using the law of attraction deliberately, releasing resistance is one of your most important missions. What is resistance? Most people will recognize it by its symptoms of negative emotions – like sadness, frustration, pessimism, stress, anger, defeat, impatience, and so on. When these feelings arise, you know you’ve got resistance!
Why is resistance so bad? Because it knocks you into a vibrational frequency that is incompatible with the good things you’re trying to attract, like more abundance, love, peace, well-being, happiness, success, etc.
