When it comes to using the law of attraction deliberately, releasing resistance is one of your most important missions. What is resistance? Most people will recognize it by its symptoms of negative emotions – like sadness, frustration, pessimism, stress, anger, defeat, impatience, and so on. When these feelings arise, you know you’ve got resistance!
Why is resistance so bad? Because it knocks you into a vibrational frequency that is incompatible with the good things you’re trying to attract, like more abundance, love, peace, well-being, happiness, success, etc.
Appreciation is such a powerful tool for shifting your focus in a positive direction. One of the best ways to use appreciation is to help remove your focus from everything that’s going wrong.

If you ever have a difficult time getting into a state of appreciation, start by appreciating the feeling of appreciation. It’s a great way to get your thoughts focused on the feeling of appreciation, even if you can’t think of anything to appreciate.
Use the following example to help get you started. You can write down the statements, speak them out loud, or simply think them mentally:
A “rampage of appreciation” is an exercise designed to move your thoughts in a positive direction to help raise your vibrational frequency.
