Law of Attraction and Releasing Resistance

When it comes to using the law of attraction deliberately, releasing resistance is one of your most important missions. What is resistance? Most people will recognize it by its symptoms of negative emotions – like sadness, frustration, pessimism, stress, anger, defeat, impatience, and so on. When these feelings arise, you know you’ve got resistance!

Why is resistance so bad? Because it knocks you into a vibrational frequency that is incompatible with the good things you’re trying to attract, like more abundance, love, peace, well-being, happiness, success, etc.

Those things are far apart vibrationally from the negative feelings above. So as long as you feel resistance, you are blocking the good stuff from arriving.

The good news is that releasing resistance is EASY! All it takes is improving your thoughts about any given subject until you feel better about it. Below are some statements to help you do that:
