Appreciation can be a powerful tool for shifting your dominant focus regarding money and abundance. Many of us have unhealthy beliefs and feelings about money, which prevents us from allowing more money into our lives – we walk around thinking, “I don’t have enough money; I wish I had more money; I want to feel abundant … but I don’t.”
Try this exercise each day and watch how quickly it improves the way you think about money and abundance – AND begins drawing more and more good things into your life:

Can you think of 100 reasons to appreciate money? Don’t be surprised if you get stumped after the first few items, but keep going and eventually you’ll start getting more ideas.

Note: Don’t worry about it if you repeat a few of the topics. Just keep writing until you have gotten to 100 things (or more). By the time you do, you should be feeling GREAT about money!
