Rampage of Appreciation

I woke up this morning from a fun dream that I had won $500 in the lottery. I love dreams like that! Even better, I have actually had that experience quite a lot in real life and it is so much fun! Sometimes I win just a few dollars, and other times I’ve won as much as $500. Someday I would love to win a big jackpot and I won’t be surprised at all if I do!

This morning I find myself feeling very appreciative of hot coffee, cold but sunny mornings, adorable plump birds feeding outside on the deck, and the blanket of shimmering white snow that we received over the weekend. Our world is truly breathtaking!

I appreciate Monday mornings, getting back into the groove of the work week, making progress on my many projects and feeling productive and satisfied by day’s end.

I appreciate the work I do, and the lives I touch through it. I appreciate being able to uplift people, make them smile, empower them, and encourage them when they need encouragement.

I appreciate getting positive feedback from some of these people, telling me that they loved this article I wrote, or that blog post really spoke to them. It feels good to make a positive difference, even if it is just on a small scale.

I appreciate being on the cusp of a brand new year! I plan to make 2010 an amazing, spectacular, joyful, abundant year for myself and my family! I cannot wait to see what miracles and surprises the universe has in store for us. I remain open, expectant, and confident that it will all be wonderful and it will all unfold with perfect timing!
