Gratitude is the most powerful vibration there is for attracting goodness into your life. If you could spend all of your days in true and complete gratitude, you really wouldn’t even need all of the “things” you think you need in order to make you happy, because you would simply BE happy. At the same time, you would not be able to hold back the goodness and “things” that would flow effortlessly into your experience as a result of your positive vibration of gratitude. In fact, many great spiritual teachings impart the importance of giving thanks in one form or another. Christ ALWAYS gave thanks in his prayers and he also gave a powerful parable about the one who went back to give thanks. It is the single most powerful thing you can do to shift your vibration to a higher level.
And so, here is an exercise you can do right now to begin a dramatic shift in your own vibration. Begin a Gratitude Chain:
